The Miz is the new Intercontinental Champion after defeating Roman Reigns on WWE RAW, becoming an eight time champion with the win.
Reigns tried to fend off attacks by The Miztourage at ringside, and the referee attempted to throw them out of the match, but it wasn’t enough as The Miz took him down with a Skull Crushing Finale. Replays later showed Miz took down the middle turnbuckle pad when Reigns knocked Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel down at ringside with a Drive By kick, and Miz took advantage.
Miz later used the set up to his favor as he sidestepped a spear by Reigns and slammed him into the exposed turnbuckle, then hit his finisher for the win.
