Bobby Roode is the new United States Champion after winning the title in tonight’s tournament finals match on WWE Smackdown Live.
Roode and Jinder Mahal squared off tonight after Daniel Bryan moved up the final match to tonight’s main event; the match was originally scheduled for next week’s show. Roode won after hitting a spinebuster and countered the Khallas with a Glorious DDT.
Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan presented Roode with the title, and watch Roode celebrate his win to end the show.
