Who Else Did WWE Consider Pairing w/ Seth Rollins?

Dave Meltzer reports in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE also considered pairing Seth Rollins with Finn Balor before going with Jason Jordan. Meltzer notes that Balor doesn’t have a lot going on right now.

Ultimately WWE decided to go with Jason Jordan as Rollins’ partner and in doing so are slowing down his planned heel turn.

According to Meltzer the plan for Jordan is to slowly turn him heel by having him be a guy who always loses close matches to top guys and then complains about it to his father, RAW GM Kurt Angle.

It’s 25 Days To RAW 25th & 30 Days To The Rumble

WWE has shared the following on Instagram noting the interesting timing of today being twenty-five days til RAW’s 25th Anniversary Show and thirty days away from the Royal Rumble:
