Sonjay Dutt vs Matt Sydal
Dutt and Sydal feel each other out. Neither can get an advantage. Sydal locks in a top wrist lock. Dutt traps Sydal in a head scissors. Sydal kicks out. Sydal takes Dutt over in a side headlock. Snap hurricanrana by Dutt. Sydal responds with a hurricanrana of his own. Sydal sweeps Dutt’s leg and hits a standing moonsault for a near fall. Sydal kicks Dutt in the leg, then whips him down to the mat with a dragon screw leg whip. Inverted deathlock with a bridge by Sydal. Dutt tries a sunset flip but Sydal rolls through into a snap knee breaker. Sydal is really working over Dutt’s knee. Dutt manages to catch Sydal with a boot. Dutt does a forward roll and hits a dropkick. Sydal surprises Dutt with Dirty Deeds version one. Sydal climbs up top. Dutt does another roll and punches Sydal in the face (If your knee is hurt why the heck are you doing forward rolls before everything??). Superplex by Dutt.
After the break, Dutt and Sydal are trading kicks Sydal blast Dutt with a double spin kick. Dutt kicks out. Sydal locks Dutt in a scorpion twist. Dutt eventually makes his way to the rope to break the hold. Dutt rolls out of the ring. Sydal follows. Sydal grabs Dutt’s leg and slams it into the barricade. Sydal sends Dutt back into the ring. Dutt kicks Sydal in the gut and hits the satellite DDT. Sydal takes Dutt over in a package driver. Sydal mounts the top rope and hits the shooting star press for the win.
Winner- Matt Sydal
As Sydal is celebrating, EC3 comes out on the stage. The crowd starts to chant EC3. Ec3 tells the crowd to chat Matt Sydal. EC3 is out her to congratulate Sydal on another victory. That’s what Sydal does. Sydal wins and wins but when it comes to winning the big one, Sydal fails. Sydal was undefeated but when he got a title shot he choked. Sydal has talent. Sydal is missing the killer instinct. EC3 tells Sydal that maybe in another life he would have been reborn a winner.
