UFC Official Says There’s “Zero Truth” To Brock Lesnar Re-Entering USADA Drug Test Pool

According to UFC Vice President of Athlete Health and Performance Jeff Novitzky, recent reports of Brock Lesnar re-entering the USADA drug testing pool are not true, and there has been no move on Lesnar’s part to do so at this time.

When asked about the recent rumors that Lesnar would rejoin the testing pool, Novitzky told MMAJunkie.com:

“(Lesnar) is not currently enrolled in the USADA testing pool, nor has there been any inquiry on his part to do so.”

Earlier today, reports originating from the @TalkMMA Twitter account suggested Lesnar was moving towards another fight in UFC, and a fight was “imminent.” It was later stated that this was false, and that Lesnar could have been using the USADA move as a way to better position himself in contract negotations with WWE when his contract runs out. Lesnar’s current contract with WWE reportedly expires shortly after WrestleMania 34 next year.
