Shelton Benjamin has posted an update on Twitter, noting he has been cleared to return to rehab following surgery, and he is also available for non-in ring appearances:

EVOLVE Announces Events Over Royal Rumble Weekend
WWN Live has issued the following:
EVOLVE returns to action this weekend! We have a new match with an international talent, a look at all the upcoming EVOLVE events, plus Ethan Page takes us inside wrestling practice. The big news is that EVOLVE is going to San Antonio on Royal Rumble weekend! Let’s get to it….
October 10th: You can still order tickets for EVOLVE this Saturday in Orlando and this Sunday in Ybor City in the DGUSA.tv Store. Today is the last day we are mailing them out. After today, they will be held at will call. Remember, tickets are $5 more expensive on the day-of-the-show so pre-order now to save money!
October 10th: EVOLVE will present two events in San Antonio on Royal Rumble weekend. EVOLVE will hold live events on Friday, January 27th at 8pm and Saturday, January 28th at 3pm (both belltimes are Central Time Zone). The cards will be at the Woodlawn Gym on 1103 Cincinnati Ave in San Antonio, TX. This is only 6 miles from the Alamodome! We’ll have ticket info next week.
October 10th: We want to thank Rudy Boy Gonzalez and The Texas Wrestling Academy for their help with getting EVOLVE to San Antonio. WWN endorses this wrestling school.
October 10th: Ethan Page promises to be unlike any challenger EVOLVE Champion Timothy Thatcher has ever faced. Page will get his title shot this Saturday in Orlando. He opened the doors to his training for this match. Watch below:
