According to SquaredCircleSirens, WWE has signed 6-foot-1, 24 year old Victoria Gonzalez, an indy wrestler from Texas.
Gonzalez is a second-generation wrestler as her father Rick was a Texas indie wrestler. He used the name Speedy Gonzalez or Rick “Desperado” Gonzalez for years. The Mirror recently did a profile on Gonzalez, who began training under her father and at America’s Academy of Pro Wrestling in Austin, TX and Rudy Boy Gonzalez of the Texas Wrestling Academy in San Antonio, formerly known as the Shawn Michaels Wrestling Academy.
