News on Top NXT Stars Appearing at March to WrestleMania Special

As noted, NXT stars Sami Zayn, Enzo Amore, Colin Cassady and Dash and Dawson are scheduled to appear at the “March to WrestleMania: Live from Toronto” WWE Network special on March 12th.

While it’s not confirmed how the NXT talents will be featured on the special, The Wrestling Observer reports it’s possible WWE might be taping NXT TV matches at the special, which would not air on the special itself. They could also be taping an NXT Tag Title match as well as Sami Zayn vs a main roster star.

Tag Team Headed to NXT?

“The Mighty Don’t Kneel” members Mikey Nicholls and Shane Haste might finally be heading to WWE, reports The Wrestling Observer.

The duo will be finishing up with Pro Wrestling NOAH from March 2nd through March 10th, and it’s possible they will be reporting to the WWE Performance Center following those dates. Nicholls and Haste impressed WWE officials at a tryout back in the summer of 2015, but have been dealing with injury issues and waiting to finish up their medical testing.

Santino Marella Shoots New Pilot

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
