CM Punk Clarifies Susan G. Komen Comment, Says His Remark Had Nothing to Do with Wrestling

As noted, CM Punk took to Twitter last night and made the following remark about Susan G. Komen:

If you’re going to give money to a company that claims to raise money for finding a cure for cancer, please do some research.Komen is a scam

Punk’s comment drew some criticism from WWE fans who felt Punk was taking a shot at WWE/wrestling, but Punk posted the following Tweets clarifying his initial comment:

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
