Man Who Spent Time in Jail for Entering the Ring at NOC Chronicled, Talks Why He Did It, Will He Spend the Full 10 Days in Jail?

As noted, 37 year old Oscar Ramirez was sentenced to 10 days in jail for hopping the guardrail and entering the ring at WWE Night of Champions.

Prior to the PPV, Ramirez foreshadowed entering the ring by Tweeting the following:

“It’s tempting. It really is… But my spare change is going towards the ppl who have had my back while I was homeless. It will be my last act before I take off with my family. (wwe universe)”

The Wrestling Mayhem Show spoke to Ramirez and he had the following to say when asked why he entered the ring at the PPV:

“It is just a test to see how far I would go or what lengths I would go to for the WWE Universe.”

Ramirez noted to the publication that there was no security near him when he entered the ring at Night of Champions, and he also revealed he only spent three days in jail and not the full ten as he was released on account of good behavior.
