NWA Announces Streaming Service, WWE Snubs “Superfan” Frank the Clown in New Article; CM Punk Responds

NWA Announces Streaming Service

The NWA has announced a new subscription service with over 800 hours of classic matches from the 60’s through the 80’s. It will launch July 4th, so stay tuned to NWAringside.com for more information coming soon.

WWE Snubs Frank the Clown

WWE.com has a new editorial up that goes into depth about who they consider their “10 greatest fans in sports-entertainment history”, including well-deserved names like Brock Lesnar Guy and Rick the Sign Guy.

One glaring name absent from the list is one that has become arguably the biggest WWE superfan of all time – Frank the Clown, who has attended literally hundreds of events. If you go back and watch nearly any WWE PPV over the last five years, you would be hard-pressed to find a show without Frank’s signature makeup and wig somewhere in the crowd, and almost always in the first couple of rows. He has been shouted out by names like John Cena, and spotted with fellow Chicagoan CM Punk, and is currently dating Noelle Foley, daughter of the iconic WWE Hall of Famer.

Despite the snub, the Clown Prince of Wrestling noted on Twitter, “this isn’t sour grapes. I don’t do it for the noteriety or attention. I do it because I love the product and it’s hilarious. I’m just bummed!”
