1985: Hulk Hogan headlined Madison Square Garden as WWF Champion against Don Muraco in front of 18,000. 

1986: Randy Savage defended the I.C title at Madison Square Garden against Tito Santana in front of 15,000. 

1991: Hulk Hogan defended the WWF title at Madison Square Garden against Sgt. Slaughter in front of 12,200. Ted DiBiase headlined against Roddy Piper. 

1996: The Giant (Big Show) defeated Ric Flair to win the WCW World Heavyweight Title at a WCW Nitro taping in Albany, NY. 

2000: Rhino def. Tajiri for the ECW Television Championship at ECW CyberSlam. Tommy Dreamer beat Taz for the ECW World Heavyweight Title, then immediately dropped it to Justin Credible. 

2006: Ring of Honor celebrated The 100th Show in Philadelphia. Daniel Bryan defended the ROH World Title twice against Colt Cabana, and then Delirious. The show also featured Chris Daniels vs. Cesaro, Jimmy Jacobs, Austin Aries, The Briscoes, AJ Styles, Matt Sydal, Chris Hero, Samoa Joe and more. 

2006: Kurt Angle wrestled Rey Mysterio in the main event of WWE Smackdown in a solid 15-minute match.
