Update on Wrestle Kingdom PPV Buyrate, Expected Matches for 4/5 New Japan “Invasion Attack” PPV

Wrestle Kingdom Buyrate Update

While numbers still aren’t final at this point, it’s expected the 1/4 New Japan Wrestle Kingdom pay-per-view did between 12,000 and 15,000 buys in North America. This is considered a success, as the company only needed 10,000 buys to break even, bringing the show to U.S. pay-per-view with English commentary for the first time.

For comparison, New Japan World did about 20,000 subscribers with 1,500 coming from outside Japan.
