Owens’ Family Comments On NXT Title Win
We previously reported that Kevin Owens’ family was on hand for his big win last night at the NXT Takeover: Rival live event.
The Miami Herald’s Jim Varsallone had a chance to speak with Owens’ parents, who attended with his son, Owen.
“We’re very, very proud of him,” said Terry just after Owens won the title and was celebrating in the ring. “We’re living the dream with him.”
“We always knew he had the talent to do this, but it’s something very hard to do,” Terry said, “He’s worked so hard and has such passion for this. He has good values, too. He takes care of his family and has a passion for wrestling, something he’s always had.”
