The latest sit down interview with Triple H and Michael Cole has been posted, and the following are highlights:
–Triple H put over tonight’s Takeover: Rival special, and noted its free on the WWE Network this month. He said the match between Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens will be a very personal and emotional battle. He said tonight’s special has a lot to live up to based on the last special NXT ran, and that’s what WWE is all about; constantly outdoing yourself.
-Cole brought up Steve Austin praising the NXT Divas, and Triple H said the NXT Divas are the future of what we will see from the females in WWE. He said the NXT Divas have a different level of intensity. He praised Charlotte, Sasha, Bayley and Becky. Triple H said this match might be the sleeper that steals the show because the NXT Divas take it to a whole new level.
-With regards to Adrian Neville vs Finn Balor, he continued to praise them as he did in the conference call yesterday. He said he would be very surprised if tonight’s special does not blow everyone away, and promised fans will not be disappointed tonight.
