Final Slammy Award Raw Rating Sees Drop

nxt r evolutionThis week’s edition of WWE Raw, featuring the 2014 Slammy Awards, finished with a 2.66 cable rating.

This week’s number is down from last week’s 2.79 cable rating. As we previously reported, this week’s show took in 3.706 million viewers, down from last week’s 3.88 million viewership average.

New Content Added to WWE Network

In the vault section of the WWE Network, two episodes of Tuesday Night Titans are now available.

Later in the week, Prime Time Wrestling makes its long awaited debut on the Network on Friday night at 8pm and 11pm EST.

NXT R Evolution Preview Show Airing Tonight

Tonight, at 10pm EST, WWE Network will be airing a one hour preview show for tomorrow night’s NXT Takeover R Evolution special. The preview show will be hosted by Renee Young.

As always, WZ will be presenting complete, LIVE coverage of the R Evolution special beginning tomorrow night at 8pm EST, so be sure to join us then!

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
