Batista Pulled from Comic Con
Batista has been pulled from this weekend’s Dallas Comic Con because of a scheduling conflict. Any fans who purchased photos or the Ultimate Package to meet the Guardians of the Galaxy star will be refunded soon.
To compensate, the convention has announced Elijah Wood and Sean Astin of Lord of the Rings fame will be appearing instead.
CM Punk/OVW Update
Reddit user “502photo”, who claims to work for Ohio Valley Wrestling, has clarified rumors of CM Punk‘s recent appearance at an OVW show. Reports have stated that the talent was told not to bother him, but the following statement says otherwise:
“As some of you may know I work for OVW in production. Yes Punk was at the Davis Arean for the SNS, but no one was told by the Owner Danny Davis, or any higher ups not to bother him. Not bothering him was just done out of respect. If he wanted to talk he would have come out of the office, but alas he did not. Perhaps he didn’t want it getting out because it would cause a huge fuss. Please Watch OVW At OVWrestling.com!
