NFL Player Thinks Cena Was Injured During Lesnar Match

john cenaWashington Redskins Offensive Lineman Adam Gettis recently appeared on Turnbuckle Weekly with Chuck Carroll, and during the interview, Gettis says he think John Cena suffered an injury during his SummerSlam match with Brock Lesnar. Gettis had the following to say:

“After that second suplex, you could just see it in his face,” Gettis said. “He started turning red and he was holding his neck and he just had that glazed look over his eyes. I just knew after that it wasn’t a good deal at all.”

Heyman Talks WWE Never Wanting Anything to Do with CM Punk

Paul Heyman recently appeared on The KiddChris Show, and when the subject of WWE never wanting anything to do with CM Punk in his early days, Heyman had the following to say:

“They never wanted CM Punk to begin with,” Heyman said. “When I was in Louisville, doing WWE Developmental, they sent CM Punk down to me so I could fire him. Every week I would send memos to guys who were in charge of the Raw and SmackDown rosters saying: ‘You have a main eventer down here; someone scoop him up’ and no one would take him for a year—to the point when we launched ECW in WWE, I brought him with me because no one else on Raw and SmackDown even wanted him.”
