KILLAM: I have no idea what an “international television event” is, and TNA couldn’t be more vague about it on their website if they tried. If it’s just an Impact taping, why not call it an Impact taping? Most of their One Night Only events at least have themes; these just look like house show cards taped for PPV. Ring of Honor does that for VOD, so I guess there’s precedent, but they don’t look terribly interesting to me. I guess I don’t really understand the logic in announcing entire match cards, when there’s not a huge attraction for anything but maybe the Impact taping, with Matt and Jeff Hardy. The big glaring absence here, which would seem to indicate that reports and rumors are indeed true, is Bully Ray.
