SummerSlam Pre-Show Results
Rob Van Dam defeated Cesaro in the SummerSlam pre-show match tonight, exclusively on the WWE Network. The match was back-and-forth for about ten minutes, until Van Dam won with the Five Star Frog Splash.
The pre-show panel consisted of Alex Riley, Renee Young and WWE Hall of Famers Booker T and “Nature Boy” Ric Flair. They were also joined by the Totino’s Show Us Your Superstar winner, “Mamas Boy”.
KILLAM: The match wasn’t bad, but why is RVD winning matches at this point? Didn’t we just report that he’d be taking some time off? They’re breaking down Cesaro for no reason, and it’s utterly disappointing. Also, I will pay $9.99 as many times as it takes to never hear anything about Mamas Boy ever again.
