Stephanie McMahon joined Michael Cole this week for Cole’s sit-down interview, and you can watch it in full in the video player below. The following are some interview highlights:
-With regards to Brie Bella’s arrest on Raw this week, Stephanie did call the arrest “ironic,” but she maintained she did not setup Brie. She wasn’t out to embarrass anyone, but she needed Brie to know who her husband really is, and what Daniel Bryan had been doing to her with Megan Miller.
-She said the legitimacy of Megan Miller’s claims will be up to the authorities to decide, but she said as a woman she felt it necessary to let Brie know what was going on.
-Stephanie McMahon touted the WWE Network going global this week and how it’s an incredible opportunity for her family and the WWE Universe. She called it best for business.
-Cole mentions Stephanie McMahon has not competed in a WWE ring in 10 years, but Stephanie compared Brie to a twig and said she can easily throw her around the ring. She said she’s embarrassed to have to stoop to Brie’s level and get in the ring with her, but Stephanie is at the top of her game and Brie will be sorry for challenging her.
-Stephanie said Daniel Bryan couldn’t handle the success after beating Triple H, and although she doesn’t want to have to beat Brie at SummerSlam, she will, and she will embarrass her.
