WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena came out for his match tonight carrying both the WWE Championship and the World Heavyweight Championship. Since the champ gave the classic WCW/NWA “big gold belt” to Ric Flair this past week, it has brought about a lot of speculation as to whether WWE will retire the title. It appears as though, despite reports stating that Cena would only use the redesigned WWE Championship introduced by The Rock in 2013, this may not be the case.
John Cena is set to defend the title(s) tonight at Battleground against Randy Orton, Kane and Roman Reigns in a 4-way match.
