The Rock’s Movie Being Boycotted By Writer, WWE NXT Announcer Absent From Tapings, New WWE T-Shirts

Writer Calls For Boycott

The Rock's movieComic writer Alan Moore is calling for a boycott of Hercules, The Rock’s movie. Writer Steve Moore, who wrote the original comic series, did not want his name used in any sorts of connections with the movie and their marketing, as he was highly upset with changes that were made while working with Radical Comics on the series.

Steve Moore, who has no relation to Alan Moore, received no money for the comic being used for the movie and asked that his name was not to be attached to the movie. After he died, his name ended up being used to promote the film. BleedingCool.com has more details of this developing story here. The Hollywood Reporter has also picked up on the story.

NXT Announcer Absent from Tapings

William Regal was absent from the NXT Tapings this past weekend. There is no word, as of right now, of his whereabouts.

New WWE T-Shirts

WWEShop.com has released new shirts for Nikki Bella and Jack Swagger. Also, championship belts are now 20 percent off this weekend only.

Isenberg: I would not worry about Regal being absent from NXT tapings this past week unless it happens for a second consecutive week. Regal has been extremely good in that role for NXT and has had supporters backstage with his skills on the microphone.
