After a recap of Samuel Shaw's time in the psychiatric ward, Gunner says he got him out and is helping him, so now Shaw needs to make amends. He tells him to apologize to 'you know who', then Ken Anderson walks down the hall and looks pissed, and asks why he is back. Anderson says he thought he got rid of him, but Gunner asks him to give Shaw a chance because he is changed and could use a friend. Anderson thinks about it and tells him to come talk to his friend, then they go to Christy Hemme's locker room and Shaw apologizes to her. Shaw says he hopes she can forgive him, then he leaves and Gunner says that's all they needed, but Anderson and Hemme look a bit skeptical about the whole thing.

The Beautiful People are shown getting ready for tonight's title match, and they talk about Gail not deserving a title shot. Referee Brian Stiffler is with them and they flirt with him to sway him on their side, then walk away and laugh about having him in their pocket. We get back from a break to see Kurt Angle telling Stiffler he isn't reffing the match, and The Beautiful People make him look like a fool every match he refs for them.
