Former WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee made her return to Monday Night Raw tonight, confirming Wrestlezone.com's exclusive article earlier tonight.
AJ came out to confront current champion Paige – who beat her to win the title just one night after WrestleMania 30 – challenging her to a rematch on the spot. Paige agreed to the match, a referee was brought out, and in a surprise turn of events, AJ picked up the quick victory to regain her Divas Championship!
Coincidentally, AJ Lee's return to WWE also cleared up a recent rumor that her and CM Punk got married during their time away from the company. She was very clearly wearing a large wedding ring on her left hand, which should go well with her new championship gold. As we reported earlier tonight, she will also be appearing at tomorrow's WWE Smackdown television taping.
