Paige vs. Alicia Fox
As soon as the bell rings they start cat fighting, grabbing at hair and rolling out of the ring. Paige with a nice headscissors takedown from the apron, prior to rolling her opponent back in the ring. Fox tries to escape the match, but Paige grabs her hair and pulls her back in the hard way. Alicia with a slap to the face, and she throws the champion face-first into the bottom turnbuckle.
Fox locks in a headlock, but Paige escapes and…runs into a big boot in the corner. She tries for a sunset flip pin, but Paige rolls through the move and kicks her in the face instead. The referee has to back the champ out of the ropes, but doesn't DQ her despite obviously getting past a five-count. Paige lifts Fox up for a cradle DDT for the 1-2-3.
Winner: Paige
–Tamina comes down and stares at the champion. Then leaves. Awkward.
KILLAM: Well, the match was sloppy at best, but that cradle DDT is one helluva move. It's a rare high impact move, something we don't see a lot of in WWE these days. I like that Paige is going through different finishers, and the announcers playing it up like you never know what she'll beat you with. I'm guessing they are just messing with various moves to find her a set that works and pops the crowd, but it was a nice angle from the commentary booth.
