RVD & More Advertised for 6/21 WWE Long Island Event

wwe long island event During Raw tonight, WWE ran a local commercial in the NYC hyping its 6/21 Live Event at The Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, NY. Amongst the talents advertised were John Cena, Big E, The Wyatt Family, The Rhodes Brothers, and the return of Rob Van Dam.

VIP tickets for the event go on-sale on April 26th.

WWE Stars Pose for No H8

Joe My God, a popular LGBTQ news website, posted up a story about WWE wrestlers posing for the No H8 (No Hate) Campaign. The article notes the following:

WWE has teamed up with charitable organization NOH8 to show its support for marriage, gender and human equality. Some of WWE’s most notable Superstars and Divas have jumped in front of Adam Bouska’s lens to publicly proclaim their support for equal rights and had a great time doing it! Everyone from Chief Brand Officer, Stephanie McMahon and her Superstar husband, Triple H to the cast of E!’s Total Divas joined the silent photographic protest campaign.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
