The following video is the latest sit down interview with Triple H, during which he speaks on Batista returning to WWE, Brock Lesnar, CM Punk in the Rumble match and more. Renee Young fills in for Michael Cole this week, and the following are interview highlights:
-Triple H said Batista made his intentions clear on Raw and that he's back to win the WWE World Title. HHH said it's hard to tell if Batista could become the face of the WWE, because he's been back for just one day, and he has a lot of hoops to jump through before he's in the running for that position.
HHH added, however, that, it's not all that hard to imagine Batista winning the Royal Rumble and becoming the next WWE World Champion, and the face of WWE.
-Triple H said he thinks Brock Lesnar is the most intense athlete he's ever been in the ring with, and that Big Show rises to the occasion when he's in the ring with someone. He said their match at the Rumble will be interesting, and is best for business.
-Triple H denied there being a conspiracy against CM Punk, and said every year someone has to be number one in the Rumble match. He added that if CM Punk really is the best in the world, then he should have no problem with being the #1 entrant in the match.
