Latest Backstage News on Batista’s Return, Vince McMahon Upset With Leaking Information

Batista PWInsider.com is reporting that Batista's return to the WWE have been in the works for several months. He has been working with Triple H and has committed to live events, televised shows and Pay-Per-View appearances leading up to WrestleMania XXX.

It is also being reported that he is expected to be around some time after WrestleMania XXX in New Orleans. The original idea for Batista's return to the WWE was for him to be a surprise entrant into the Royal Rumble in Pittsburgh on January 26th. When the information was leaked, those plans were changed. Regarding the leaking information, WWE sent out promotional materials for live events and Raw shows that were meant to be preserved until after Royal Rumble. This is where the leaking of information happened.

As for Vince McMahon, it should come as no surprise that he is extremely upset about the leaking of information. Thankfully, he was overseas when this happened. A source within the company stated that he may have killed someone if he was in the states when this happened.
