"SLYCK" WAGNER BROWN vs. CHEECH

The crowd seems either split, or pretty apathetic towards these guys as they get things started, trading momentum for a few minutes. Cheech hits a brainbuster in the ring, but the crowd gets really fired up when he flies to the outside and gets caught with a tombstone into the floor. Slyck pulls out a phone and starts Tweeting, we're assuming, before rolling back into the ring for a 2-count. Wagner hits his finisher (sorry, didn't see it) for the 3-count.

DECISION: SWB WINS VIA PINFALL

Pretty quick, but fun match. SWB is a big guy, but moves well and has a great look about him. I like that they tried to do something weird and different with the mid-match Tweeting, but it took way too long and killed the momentum of the match. They should have had that prepared for him, unless it was truly off-the-cuff.  Good idea, poor execution.

"CAPTAIN" NICK ANDO vs. GREGORY IRON vs. DALTON CASTLE vs. ADAM PEARCE

This is going to get a bit difficult to call, as we've got four guys legal at all times. It's a free-for-all at the beginning, with two guys in the ring rotating in and out. Pearce, as the biggest man in the match, starts taking out his opponents two at a time, catching Castle with a big spinebuster. Another crazy sequence, with Ando taking out Iron, but running into a lariat from Pearce, who gets taken out by Dalton Castle; everyone is down.

Gregory Iron with a swinging DDT on Ando, kicking off Castle in the corner just for fun. Pearce breaks up the pinfall attempt, and hits a piledriver on Castle, but Iron breaks it up. Castle and Pearce take each other to the outside, leaving Iron to rally against Ando in the ring, hitting a running senton. Iron with a sunset flip, but Ando gets a handful of the tights for a 3-count.

DECISION: NICK ANDO WINS VIA PINFALL

4-way matches are rarely known for their ring psychology, but they're almost always fun. This was no exception. Castle was kind of the whipping boy of the match, taking a lot of the big bumps. Of coruse, Iron takes the fall, but he gets the sympathy vote and a "please come back" from the fans after the match.

NO HOLDS BARRED MATCH

KEVIN STEEN vs. JAY FREDDIE

Freddie doesn't want to wait, and attacks Steen during his entrance. They brawl around the ringside area, until Steen gets in the face of one of the fans. He takes a vuvuzela (what is this, 2010?) and blows into it, right into Freddie's right ear. Steen gets in a fight with a baseball cap…again. Shades of PWG Battle of Los Angeles, as he hits a piledriver on the hat as the "action" finally spills into the ring.

About a dozen chairs are brought into the ring, as Freddie goes on the offense. They fight up to the second rope, and Jay with a huge tilt-the-whirl DDT sending Steen through a pile of chairs! He stacks all the chairs on top of Steen, and takes one of them to the top rope, coming down with a brutal elbow drop. Steen might be dead.

Jay Freddie sets up two chairs next to each other, but Steen catches him with a powerbomb through the chairs; "holy shit" chant from the 2CW fans. Steen rips off Freddie's protective guard on his knee, and puts him knee-first through a steel chair. The crowd might actually be turning on him now, as he locks in the sharpshooter. Steen breaks the hold before he can submit, and hammers away with a chair on the injured knee. Kevin wraps a chair around Freddie's knee and stops away on it, until the referee stops the match.

DECISION: KEVIN STEEN WINS VIA REFEREE STOPAGE

This very well might be the match of the night. We'll have to see how the Young Bucks do against Roderick Strong and Eddie Edwards. There's also Michael Elgin and AR Fox to consider, but for now I'm putting a bookmark in this one.

I love how Steen goes from fun and family-friendly to sick MoFo in no time at all. From teddy bear to mad scientist, o-to-60 in 5 seconds. He's the indie Mick Foley, with a little "American Dream" and a budding fetish for murdering headwear.

I'll admit, I don't know Jay Freddie one bit, but this match made him for me. I will gladly come back and watch more of his matches. Job well done guys.
