Sandow chokes Dolph with his boot and wedges a chair in the corner, then Dolph goes for a quick rollup before taking him to the mat and repeatedly punches him. Sandow breaks away and hits him with a fiddle, then Sandow shoves him in the corner but Dolph comes back with a swinging DDT. Dolph hits Sandow with the fiddle and hits a Famouser for two, then he goes for a Zig Zag but Sandow holds the ropes and shoves him back. Dolph runs at him but Sandow slams his head into the chair in the corner, then Sandow sets up a drum before throwing Dolph into a cello. He picks up another electric guitar and hits Dolph in the ribs, then he winds up but Dolph sidesteps him and Sandow hits the ringpost. Dolph goes for a quick rollup, then he smashes a snare drum over Sandow's head before hitting him with a bass drum and an acoustic guitar for the win.

John Cena comes out and says he's been put through alot lately, but he thanks them for all of the fans' excitement for reminding him why he came back early. He says their support is why he is a good champion, and Alberto Del Rio is in for a surprise when they face off in six days. Cena says he gets to fight in from of his family on Sunday, and he is a proud champion so he will fight through the pain so he can raise his title once again. Alberto comes out and says Cena's superhero story almost made him cry, but Cena says he's going to make him tap out on Sunday.
Alberto asks Cena to hold up his title right now, and he wants him to use his arm that's in a sling since he knows he can do it. Cena says he should know he will be ready, but Alberto says he will be ready to be embarassed and humiliated in front of his parents. Alberto says a real champion takes advantage of every opportunity, then he gets in the ring and says he sees a great chance in front of him. He stares at Cena's injured arm but Cena tells him to wait, and he says Alberto is right before throwing his sling off. Cena hits him and goes for an Attitude Adjustment, but Alberto grabs the ropes and bails before talking trash to Cena on the ramp.
