This week's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw did an average of 3.74 million viewers, with hours of 3.6, 3.8 and 3.82 in millions of viewers. Raw dropped over one quarter million fans from last week's post-Night of Champions episode, which averaged 4.013 million viewers, with a 2.96 final rating. While we are still waiting on the final rating information, the number should be somewhere in the 2.7 range, or possibly lower.
The WWE was up against big competition on Monday, taking the Payton Manning and the Denver Broncos, in their Monday Night Football game against the Oaklund Raiders. For comparison, the NFL did almost 14 million viewers. One positive sign is that the numbers steadily increased throughout the night, and while the final hour is usually sees a dip for Raw, the 11-on-3 handicap main event actually saw the best numbers of the night.
