The Prime Time Players won a Tag Team Turmoil match during the Night of Champions pre-show to earn a shot at The Shield’s titles during tonight’s pay-per-view. They defeated Tons of Funk, The Usos, 3MB and the Real Americans in a gauntlet-style match.
Triple H also made an appearance on the pre-show, announcing that both Big Show and The Shield were banned from getting involved in tonight’s WWE Championship match between Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan. The Game continued, stating that he wanted tonight’s main event to be a great match – so naturally, expect some twists and turns.
