Update: Kane Reveals Whether or Not He Will Run For Senate Office in 2014

KaneAccording to a new report published by TNReport.com, WWE star Kane, real name Glenn Jacobs, will not run for the U.S. Senate in 2014.

Based on Jacobs' criticisms of incumbent Senator Lamar Alexander, it was rumored that Jacobs might be interested in running for the GOP Senate nod, however, that will not be happening. Jacobs had the following to say to TNReport.com:

"It was interesting to me that Sen. Alexander didn’t talk about his actual job," Jacobs stated, "which is supporting, defending the U.S. Constitution. Instead he talked about all of the great things that he had done, which were all really big government things.

"And, of course this is a philosophical question, and some people are going to say, well, those are important things, and they are. But his primary job is to defend and support the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. That didn’t make it into his letter."
