WNYPapers.com, a local publication near Buffalo, New York is advertising Rob Van Dam for the brand new WWE Battleground pay-per-view at the First Niagra Center on October 6th. It's worth noting that the card is always subject to change, but with tickets going on sale August 3rd WWE is generally consistent with their advertising so close to the on-sale date.
WWE.com is listing Van Dam for several dates all the way through September, including WWE's return to his home state of Michigan. Oddly, he is not being advertised as of yet for WWE's Night of Champions pay-per-view in Detroit, MI nor the Monday Night Raw the week before.
