TNA President Dixie Carter did an interview with Wrestle Talk TV last month during her tour of the UK, and addressed some of the frustrations that Hulk Hogan has had over the years in TNA and Impact Wrestling, especially with the parts of production he can't control. Carter responded by saying "he can't control them, because he's not responsible for them."
