Recap of WWE Hall of Famers Ric Flair & Roddy Piper on Celebrity Wife Swap; Link to Full Video

WWE Hall of Famers Ric Flair and "Rowdy" Roddy Piper were featured recently on ABC's Celebrity Wife Swap. Below are details from the episode, which you can watch in its entirety on the official ABC website

-The show opens playing up the drastic differences between the two families. Ric Flair lives with his newest girlfriend, Wendy, in Charlotte. They never cook, have a full staff in their half-million-dollar home, and constantly drop money on whatever they want. Kitty does have four young children who live in the home. Across the country, Piper lives with his long-time wife Kitty and their grown children in a humble countryside cabin outside of Portland, OR.

-The two wives were given time to look around each others houses with nobody home, but neither had any clue who they were swapping with. Wendy doesn't know a lot about professional wrestling, and isn't excited about living in a log cabin and having to do chores. However, Kitty is shocked by the extravagance of the Charlotte mansion, but knows the Flair family well, as Roddy was Ric's best man in his first marriage.

-Ric Flair takes Kitty to the jewelers immediately, and buys her an expensive necklace while she protests and worries about what will happen when their money runs out. They go out to dinner and Ric buys drinks for everyone in the fancy restaurant. Meanwhile, Wendy is forced to cook meatloaf – which is terrible – doing the dishes and taking out the garbage.

-The next day, Ric leaves early for the day to party, and leaves Kitty with a bunch of money, the kids and a nanny. She does some shopping and heads to the spa while Ric is at the gym, and she talks about how the Flair family never spends any time together. Wendy spends all day cleaning with Piper's 18-year-old daughter. Ric's first wife stops by the house to catch up with Kitty.

-When it's time for the wives to lay down their laws, Kitty informs Ric that they're going to be spending more time at home, that she will be doing the cooking and cleaning and that Ric can't go out into public and get notice anymore. In Oregon, Wendy decides Roddy is going to spend a lot of money on cleaning crews for the house, go out to fancy dinners and spend money on the kids.

-Ric Flair has to go to the grocery store for the first time in years, and is wearing a hilarious fake mustache and baseball cap. Definitely the highlight of the episode.

-In the first serious moment of the show, Kitty sits down with the Nature Boy and talks about how difficult his retirement was, and how much it effected him. Afterwards, he spends time with Wendy's kids outside and the family cooks dinner together – the Flair kitchen, believe it or not, had never been cooked in before. Wendy goes out on a "date night" with Hot Rod – who wears a kilt and leather jacket – and Roddy realizes he needs to spend more quality time with his wife.

-The two Superstars and their wives come face-to-face for the first time, and the women talk about their realizations over the past week. Things get heated when Roddy tells Ric that people are taking advantage of him because he's the "great Ric Flair". He tells him he's worried, and he needs to slow down, but Flair denies it and says he's "normal" and doesn't need to change. However, he says he's going to slow down and spend more time with Wendy and the kids.

-The episode ends with a graphic in memory of Reid Flair.
