Two big matches were taped at this weekend's Impact Wrestling television live event in Las Vegas, with major implications for TNA's July Destination X event on Spike TV.
First, Chris Sabin defeated Austin Aries and Manic (formerly Suicide) to regain his X-Division Championship. The Main Event Mafia then revealed that Sabin would "cash in" the title, and would be facing Bully Ray for an opportunity at the World Heavyweight Championship at Destination X.
Also, Gail Kim got her revenge on up-and-coming Knockout Taryn Terrell, defeating her in a Ladder Match to earn a show at Mickie James and the TNA Knockouts title. While a date for the championship match has not been set, it would certainly make a great mid-card match for Destination X on July 18th.
