Sting comes out and says he warned Bully Ray about the Main Event Mafia rising again, then he introduces Kurt Angle as he makes his way to the ring. Kurt says he and Sting were original members of this group, and one of the requirements for admission was that you had to be a world champion. Kurt says they fought for power and titles, and they did whatever they wanted because no one could stop them. He says that seems like what the Aces and Eights do now, and because of them, Sting will never get another world title shot in his career. Kurt says the Aces screwed him over a few times, but they are here to kick some ass and make sure Bully Ray loses his title. Kurt says they are going to fight fire with fire, and they will continue to grow when everyone meets the next member of the group.
After an X Division promo, we see Chris Sabin heading to the ring when DOC jumps him from behind and drags him in a trailer. Bully Ray tells him to calm down, and they just want to wish him luck and he hopes he wins his match. Bully says he wants him to do the right thing, and the right thing would be to not mess with him because while Sabin is a good wrestler, he is a bad person. He tells Sabin that he should get the point, then they let him go and Bully tells him to be careful with his injured knees as he walks away.
X Division Championship
Suicide vs Kenny King vs Chris Sabin
King kicks Suicide and Sabin in the face and heads up top, but they double dropkick him in midair before Sabin puts Suicide in a waistlock. Suicide switches and pushes him into the corner, then King stomps Sabin and throws Suicide outside. King slams Sabin down and taunts the crowd, then Suicide comes back in and surprises him with a missile dropkick. Suicide whips him into the ropes but King catches himself, then he taunts Suicide but Suicide dropkicks him outside. Sabin takes them both out with a plancha, then he rolls King back inside as we cut to a break. (Cont'd…)
