Matt Hardy came out to cut a promo and address the entire Briscoe family after this weekend's Best in the World iPPV for Ring of Honor Wrestling. Hardy defeated former World Champion Kevin Steen earlier in the night, and is scheduled to face off against Jay Briscoe for the title in the near future, on behalf of Steve Corino and SCUM.
