Matt Morgan vs. Sting
Morgan attacks "The Icon" as soon as he gets in the ring to kick off our main event match. Sting fights back, but gets chokeslammed hard to the mat for a two-count as we head to commercial.
As we come back, Sting is in control as the two brawl around the ringside area. Sting tries to send Matt Morgan into the barricade, but momentum shifts with an Irish Whip sending The Icon hard into the rails. Morgan bounces Sting off the announce table and throws him back in the ring, planting him with a side slam for a two-count.
The "Blueprint" starts mocking Hulk Hogan with various hand motions, and continues stomping away on his opponent. A stiff clotheslines takes down Sting, and Morgan once again talks trash into the camera. Sting fires back with a right hand out of nowhere, but Matt catches him with a scoop slam to kill his advantage. Morgan tries for a running splash, but Sting rolls out of the way! Stinger Splash connects in the corner, but Morgan is barely damaged.
Sting with a clothesline into the corner, and he backs up for a running start, but runs right into a Carbon Footprint. 1…2…Sting kicks out! Morgan is pissed off after not getting the win, and lines up to hit it again. He runs right into the corner and looks like he's injured his knee in the process. Sting kicks out the Blueprint's knee and locks in the Scorpion Death Lock! Morgan struggles for several moments, but gets to the ropes to break the submission hold. He locks it in a second time, and sits down on Morgan wth the hold, and the big man passes out. Hebner calls the match.
