WWE DVD Releases: More Mick Foley Details & Cover Art, Planned Releases For HHH, Goldberg, Madison Square Garden

This Tuesday WWE releases “For All Mankind: The Life and Career of Mick Foley” on DVD and Blu-ray. The best deals available right now are $16.99 for the DVD at this link or $19.99 for the Blu-ray edition at this link. Both include a free Mr. Socko puppet which is limited edition with the first print only.

Here are all the scoops you need to know going in, courtesy of WWEDVDNews.com.

The DVD has a runtime of approximately 6 hours and 18 minutes, while the Blu-ray contains over 2 hours of extra content and runs 8 hours and 36 minutes in total.

The main feature is documentary of over 2 hours. In there are new interviews with Mick Foley, Dominic Denucci, Shane Douglas, Michael Hayes, Vader, CM Punk, Paul Heyman, Terry Funk, Joey Styles, Jim Ross, Triple H, Shawn Michaels and other talent. There are 17 matches on the DVD stemming Foley’s career from 1986 to 2000, and additional bouts and extra interview footage on the Blu-ray. You can view a full listing here.

-A Best of Madison Square Garden DVD set is planned for an 8/27 U.S. release and a 9/9 UK release. It will be a 3 disc DVD, 2 disc Blu-ray set.

-A Triple H DVD set is planned for a U.S. release on 9/24 and a UK release on 10/7. It will be 3 disc DVD and 2 disc Blu-ray set.

-WWE is planning a Goldberg 3 disc DVD and 2 disc Blu-ray set, which is scheduled for a U.S. release on 10/8 and a UK release on 9/30.

-The Money in the Bank Anthology will be a 3 disc DVD and 2 disc Blu-ray, releasing in the US on October 29th and the UK on November 11th.

-History of WWE is another 3 disc DVD and 3 disc Blu-ray that’s being worked on and is scheduled for a November 19th release in the US and a November 4th release in the UK.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
