Update on Ryback's WrestleMania Opponent

As seen on Raw this past week, WWE teased a potential WrestleMania match between Mark Henry and Ryback when the two crossed paths prior to Henry's Raw match against Zack Ryder.

The feeling within WWE is that a match between Henry and Ryback could do well for Ryback, as he needs a big win on PPV. As of now, rumored plans for a possible Ryback heel turn have been shelved.

Immokalee, Fl – March 6, 2013

WWE NXT officials have announced that due to scheduling difficulties, Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez will be unable to attend the NXT Live Event in Immokalee, FL. However, officials are proud to announce that WWE Superstar Damian Sandow will now be making a special guest appearance to meet and greet with fans in attendance prior to the show. The session highlights what will be a historical night as NXT travels to Immokalee for the first time.

Nicknamed “The Intellectual Savior of the Masses,” Sandow burst onto the scene in the WWE last year and hasn’t looked back since. Vowing to raise the moral value in the organization, Sandow has stood face-to-face with WWE greats like John Cena, The Rock and D-Generation X. Damien Sandow has quickly become one of the most recognizable faces on WWE’s Flagship programs, Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown.

The appearance of Damien Sandow is in conjunction with the WWE NXT Live Tour, which takes place at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Immokalee, FL. Bell time is 7:30pm while doors open at 6:30pm. Eight action packed matches are slated for the card that will feature over twenty NXT Superstars and Divas. NXT is the official developmental system for the future stars of WWE.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
