Hulk HoganHulk Hogan – One Step Down

These recent interviews that keep popping up where Hogan bashes the company he’s apparently there to help are seriously bothering me. Given that my Thursday column this week will be about what’s NOT bothering me as opposed to what is, this is the only time I can bring it up. So, I will.

Hogan claimed in a recent interview with Fighting Spirit Magazine that if it were to him, Jeff Hardy would have dropped the title to Bobby Roode before the UK tour began. The tour forced the TNA World Champ to miss several editions of Impact, and Hogan doesn’t think that should been allowed to happen.

Very valid points by Hogan – I don’t disagree with him – but what good is he doing Dixie and TNA stating this AFTER the fact? Did he mention this to Dixie before the tour? I doubt it. If he did, there’s no way she would have disagreed with him.

Plus, isn’t this coming from the same guy who last year said Roode wasn’t ready to carry the company?

Hogan can “shoot” on and about the company all he wants when his time with them is over, but who does he think he’s fooling by claiming to want (and know) what’s best for TNA, yet knocking the decisions publicly after the decisions have already been made?

I see the game you’re playing, Hogan. If only Dixie did.
