WWE's TLC pay-per-view in December did the lowest number of buys in 2012 according to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
The report says the latest estimates have 71,000 buys domestic and 99,000 buys international for a total of 170,000 buys. This show of course didn't have CM Punk who was the WWE Champion on the card due to injury.
