In regards to WWE's Talent Relations department, The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Triple H is now virtually in complete control of it, following many changes that were made of the course of the past several months.
At this point, Gerald Brisco is the main WWE talent scout, and Triple H and his team make the final decision as to who is and is not offered a developmental deal. Since Triple H took over for John Laurinaitis, it's said things are being handled "far better in the last year" when it comes to who's being brought into the company. Of course, the impact these changes will make on the overall product and main roster have yet to be seen.
