Dolph Ziggler Says He Does Not Acknowledge His First WWE World Title Win

Nick Paglino

WWE star Dolph Ziggler was recently interviewed by Chris Van Vliet of WOIO in Cleveland, and discussed a number of topics including how he sells wrestling moves, being compared to Shawn Michaels and Curt Hennig, and his feelings on his first WWE World Title win.

On the subject of the title win, Ziggler had the following to say:

I don't like to count that because it was even a sticky situation where I was barely handed the championship. Technically I was told by Joey Styles that it counts in the record books, I don't count it. I have been working way too hard for too many years for that to be my championship. This one (Money in the Bank) is gonna be the start of my championship reign.
