WWE Superstar John Cena was on hand to help give away a motorized wheelchair to Gary Patterson, a 9-year-old child suffering from cerebral palsy, at Centennial Elementary on Tuesday.
The chair was donated by the Darrell Gwynn Foundation, and when Cena heard from "a good friend" that the kid was a big fan, he personally decided to show up to surprise him, in front of the entire school.
