11/1 TNA Impact Wrestling Results – Bully/Devon; Aces & Eights Member Revealed

Backstage Kurt Angle finds Sting and Hulk Hogan with Joseph Parks, and demands to face Devon and the Aces & Eights tonight. Hogan says that Bully Ray has Devon tonight, but if there's anything left of him, it'll be Kurt Angle vs. Devon at Turning Point later this month. Angle introduces Garrett Bischoff and Wes Brisco, and says they're reading to fight. Sting and Hogan yell about "ripping up some asses" as we fade to another commercial break.

Commercial Break

Samoa Joe is receiving medical attention in the back, and waves them off. He gets all intense, and tells Magnus his biggest mistake was "escaping him". He says it's time to throw out the rules, throw out the DQ's, because "Joe's gonna kill you!"

Chris Daniels and Kazarian make their way to the ring, and talk about how Hernandez and Chavo Guerrero are fakes, and how they're going to take back their tag team gold at Turning Point. They say it's Open Fight Night, and they're calling out two men respected for their heritage…the spanish announce team!

Commercial Break

Back from break, Willie and Hector are finally at ringside. Kaz and Daniels say a few things in Spanish to piss them off, before Kazarian attacks Willie. Hector fights back, but the former champions beat them down. Chavo and Hernandez make the save, and Kaz and Daniels bail out of the ring. Daniels tells them he's glad they're finally taking things seriously.

Christian York makes his way out for Gut Check, and is introduced to his opponent…

(2) Christian York vs. Zema Ion

The challenger takes it to Ion right off, taking him down with a big clothesline and firing out of the corner with right hand after right hand. Ion reverses an Irish whip into the corner, but York avoids the splash and hits a Half Nelson Suplex. Ion crawls to the corner, but York cannonballs into him and then heads up to the top rope! Ion rolls out of the ring, and the challenger comes back down to the mat and grabs Ion by his hair. Back in the ring now, Zema hits a front suplex and goes for a running moonsault, but York gets the knees up! He rolls to the outside, and Zema runns off the ropes; York rushes the ring and clotheslines him down to the mat. York hits a modified swinging neckbreaker he calls the "Mood Swing", but Ion kicks out at two.

The head to the outside, and York lands a head scissors takedown to the floor. They roll back in the ring, but Zema locks in the "Submission Impossible", and York is forced to tap out.

Winner via submission: Zema Ion

Backstage Austin Aries says it's Open Fight Night, and he has business to take care of. He walks into a room with Robbie E and Rob Terry, says something about "five points" and closes the door behind him.
