Winner – Justin Gabriel

Vince McMahon arrives backstage in a limo, then he helps General Manager AJ Lee out of the car and they head to the ring as we go to a break. Vince says they were in a meeting for several hours today, and AJ is here to tell everyone herself the result of the meeting, and she says she is resigning. AJ says there are rumors that she is fraternizing with a Superstar, and the rumors are false, but she knows she could have been fired several times. AJ says she attacked Vickie and has been called unstable, but some people just like crazy chicks, and she has come a long way. She says she is in a much better place, and she grew up fifteen minutes away with nothing, but she went from homeless to being the boss.

AJ fights back tears and says she has loved every second of her job, and she thanks the fans before thanking Vince for this special opportunity. Vince gives her a hug and thanks her, then Paul Heyman comes out and says that was touching, but there's something to say about AJ rising above. Heyman says no offense, but he's out there for business, and they need a new general manager and it should be him. Heyman sells himself and says he can be ruthless and he's butted heads with Vince, but he's the right guy for the job and he suggests they hire him. Vince flat out says no, then he says they already have someone to be the 'Managing Supervisor' to RAW, and he introduces Vickie Guerrero to a chorus of boos. (Cont'd…)
